These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the e-Vignettes website and services operated by E Vignettes Eu com ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

e-Vignettes is an independent intermediary service that registers electronic road vignettes with the official toll authorities of European countries on behalf of customers. We currently offer vignette registration services for Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Moldova, and Switzerland.

We are not a government agency, official toll authority, or affiliated with any national transport ministry. We act as a paid service provider that facilitates the registration process. A service fee is included in our prices, which are therefore higher than the face value charged by the official toll authority. Customers may also purchase vignettes directly from official government websites at lower cost.

2. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed by completing the relevant country form on our website and completing payment
• You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including the correct license plate, vehicle category, and country of registration
• By submitting your order, you authorise us to register the vignette on your behalf with the relevant toll authority
• An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide
• Completion of payment constitutes a binding purchase agreement

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, plus our service fee
• Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Maestro
• Payment is processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. We do not store card details.
• In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed and no vignette will be registered

4. Vignette Activation and Delivery

• Upon successful payment, your license plate will be registered in the official toll system of the relevant country
• Activation is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
• The vignette is linked to your license plate — no physical sticker will be issued
• It is your responsibility to verify that the start date and validity period you selected are appropriate for your travel plans

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information provided at checkout (especially the license plate and vehicle category) is accurate and complete
• You have the authority to register a vignette for the vehicle specified
• You will verify receipt of your confirmation email and check that all details are correct before commencing travel
• You will contact us immediately at support@e-vignettes.eu if any details in the confirmation are incorrect
• You understand that fines issued due to incorrect information provided at checkout are your sole responsibility

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Before Registration

If you contact us before your vignette has been registered with the toll authority, we will attempt to cancel the order and provide a full refund. However, once an order is submitted, registration may occur within minutes and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

6.2 After Registration

Once a vignette has been registered in the official toll system, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded by us, as the registration has been transmitted to and confirmed by the relevant toll authority. This applies even if the vignette has not yet reached its start date.

6.3 Incorrect Information

If you entered an incorrect license plate or vehicle category, contact us immediately at support@e-vignettes.eu. Corrections may be possible for certain countries before the vignette is confirmed, but cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not available for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

6.4 EU Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have been fully performed with the consumer's explicit consent prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period. By submitting your order and payment, you expressly consent to immediate fulfilment and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once registration has been completed.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for fines, penalties, or enforcement actions arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
• We are not liable for delays in registration caused by the toll authority's systems being unavailable
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our service
• Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the e-Vignettes website, including text, design, logos, and code, is the property of E Vignettes Eu com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

EU consumers may also refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
